Chief Preparator, Carrie Herbel, (left), Volunteer, Ralph
Escamilla, (center), and Museum Director/Paleontologist, Dr. Ken Carpenter,
(right) work on the vertebrae of the Stegosaurus with the Director of Education
and Exhibits, Lloyd Logan (behind rail) looking on. Creating a dinosaur mount
is a very time-consuming process, but the end result promises to be very
exciting. Watch the dinosaurs being worked on either in the Observation Labs or
in the Dinosaur Pit in the Hall of Paleontology, (general admission rates
apply). Anytime is a great time to purchase a museum membership, but this is a
particularly exciting time. With membership, the visitor can come to the museum
year-round, (during regularly scheduled hours of operation), for one very low
fee. Memberships can now be processed online at http://usueastern.edu/museum/involved/memberships.htm
